MoTA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>The Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan is a <strong>national movement<\/strong> to build a <strong>decentralized tribal leadership<\/strong> and governance ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nodal Ministry:<\/strong> Ministry of Tribal Affairs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> It is aimed at <strong>empowering tribal communities<\/strong>, strengthening <strong>responsive governance<\/strong>, and creating <strong>local leadership opportunities<\/strong> across the country.<\/li>\n<li>This initiative forms a key part of the <strong>Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objectives of the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote <strong>responsive, people-centric governance<\/strong> at village and community levels.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct <strong>multi-departmental Governance Lab Workshops\/Process Labs<\/strong> from state to district, block, and village levels, for capacity building trainers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co- creation of development plans<\/strong>, where tribal communities and government officers jointly formulate the<strong> \u201c1 Lakh Tribal Villages-Vision 2030\u201d,<\/strong> including detailed action plans and investment strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Build a <strong>network of 20 lakh change leaders<\/strong> across 550 districts and 30 States\/UTs to implement grassroots development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outcomes of the Abhiyan:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adi Sewa Kendra:<\/strong> Proposed <strong>in<\/strong> <strong>all tribal-dominated villages<\/strong>, where government officers and community members dedicate 1\u20132 hours fortnightly as <strong>\u2018Adi Sewa Samay\u2019<\/strong> to collaboratively address local issues, mentor youth, and support governance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Governance Lab Workshops:<\/strong> Structured process labs from state to village levels, engaging multiple departments to <strong>co-create solutions<\/strong> for tribal development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tribal Village Action Plan:<\/strong> Villagers and officers will <strong>co-create the Tribal Village Vision 2030,<\/strong> aligned with national and international commitments towards sustainable development goals and inclusive development.<\/li>\n<li>Saturation of <strong>government schemes<\/strong> and interventions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call for Volunteers:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adi Sahyogi:<\/strong> Teachers, doctors, and professionals who mentor and mobilize communities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adi Saathi:<\/strong> SHGs, NRLM members, tribal elders, Youth and local leaders supporting implementation and outreach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community Leadership Training:<\/strong> Capacity-building programs for tribal youth, women, and community leaders on governance, problem-solving, and social mobilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participation and Outreach: <\/strong>The Abhiyan will <strong>reach over 1 lakh tribal-dominated villages<\/strong>, mobilizing <strong>20 lakh change leaders<\/strong> across 550 districts and 30 States\/UTs.\n<ul>\n<li>It builds upon the successful implementation of <strong>flagship government schemes<\/strong>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan<\/li>\n<li>Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM JANMAN)<\/li>\n<li>National Sickle Cell Anaemia Elimination Mission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has officially launched the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, envisaged as the world\u2019s largest tribal grassroots leadership programme.
