  4. Implementation gap<\/strong>: Poor execution of laws and policies weakens their effectiveness <\/strong>in ensuring child health rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3. Incorrect dosage practices<\/strong>: Clear paediatric dosage guidelines<\/strong> are not widely followed, which results in accidental overdoses and severe side effects.<\/li>\n
      4. Poor pharmacovigilance<\/strong>: Adverse drug reactions are not effectively monitored<\/strong>, particularly in rural areas and small retail outlets.<\/li>\n
      5. Restricted access for the poor<\/strong>: Financial constraints prevent many families<\/strong> from accessing quality healthcare and medicines for their children.<\/li>\n

        3. Expand essential medicines list<\/strong>: Child-friendly formulations must be included widely to increase availability and affordability.<\/li>\n
        4. Control over-the-counter sales<\/strong>: Strict regulation of paediatric drugs is required to prevent misuse and antimicrobial resistance.<\/li>\n
        5. Improve knowledge and training<\/strong>: Pharmacists and caregivers must be educated on proper medicine usage to reduce risks of mismanagement.<\/li>\n
