- It focuses on integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles<\/strong>, and sustainability<\/strong> into mainstream management education.<\/li>\n
- Purpose<\/strong>: The YBRANT Programme seeks to nurture a new generation<\/strong> of socially responsible and sustainability-driven leaders in India.<\/li>\n
- It encourages future business leaders to view business not merely as a means for profit, but as a force for sustainable and inclusive development.<\/li>\n
- The initiative promotes the idea of responsible business conduct that balances profitability with social and environmental well-being.<\/li>\n
- Programme Structure:<\/strong> The programme runs for a duration of six months<\/strong>.\n

- It includes 22.5 hours of academic sessions and 18 hours of fieldwork<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- The curriculum consists of 15 comprehensive modules<\/strong> covering key topics such as: Basics of CSR and Sustainability, Global CSR Trends, Indian CSR Laws and Regulations , ESG Reporting and Impact Assessment and Corporate Governance and Responsible Leadership.<\/li>\n
- The learning experience is designed as a blended model<\/strong>, combining academic instruction with practical exposure and industry insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- Participants will attend weekly live sessions<\/strong> conducted by IICA faculty<\/strong> members and industry experts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- All course content and activities are hosted on IICA\u2019s online Learning Management System (LMS)<\/strong>, making the programme accessible from anywhere in India or abroad.<\/li>\n
- Certification and Digital Credentials<\/strong>\n

- Upon completion, participants will receive a digital certificate<\/strong> issued through IICA\u2019s digital credential system.<\/li>\n
