According to <strong data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"295\">Article 51A(a)<\/strong> of the Constitution of India, it is the fundamental duty of every citizen to <strong data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"384\">respect<\/strong> the National Anthem.<\/li>\n<li>Violations of this respect can lead to penalties, as outlined in the <strong data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"529\">Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"577\">Orders relating to the National Anthem<\/strong> regulate the correct manner in which the Anthem should be played or sung.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"678\">National Song<\/strong>, on the other hand, <strong>does not have such explicit legal protection in the Constitution.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>While it holds national significance, it is <strong>not subject to the same detailed set of regulations and punishments<\/strong> as the National Anthem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated a discussion in the Lok Sabha to mark the 150th anniversary of the National Song, Vande Mataram.
