So I see you&#8217;ve worked with Kailash satyarthi &#8211; don&#8217;t you think he rescue children 10-20-50 whatever but they go back to same number &#8211; &#8216;so called activist &#8216; doesn&#8217;t make difference<br \/>\nI said No mam , Activist like Kailash satyarthi are atleast initiating such reforms to address the menace of child labour.<br \/>\nTalking about the children going back further structural\u00a0 step needs to be taken<br \/>\nWhat structural ? &#8211; data where child labour happening+ convincing parents ( taking them out of vicious cycle of poverty)<\/p>\n<p>How can we collect data in informal sectors &#8211; send different person in places where child labour concentration is there + convince parents through communication &#8211; send them school &#8211; incentive like mid day meal etc<\/p>\n<p>Mam asked one more question &#8211;<br \/>\nYou are a bcom graduate- do you know which body regulates Charted Accountants ? I mentioned ICAI.<br \/>\nThen she said Okay. Do you know about NaBFID &#8230;. I told the full form<br \/>\nAsked- how it regulates CA<br \/>\n( Said , I&#8217;m not aware about it ).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; how to address inequality at workplace ( I said legal aspects &#8211; ICC formation under POSH , Gender sensitivity training etc )<br \/>\n&#8211; Have you faced patriarchy ever in professional life etc<br \/>\n( answered )<br \/>\n&#8211; How in domestic sphere? You&#8217;ve a brother<br \/>\n&#8211; Q on period leave ( I mentioned something related to it in upper answers so Q came )<br \/>\n( Answered satisfactory as decided )<\/p>\n<p>1 more question &#8211; can&#8217;t remember.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; what is reflective Journaling<br \/>\n( Started explaining him how I write on social dynamics)<br \/>\nHe interrupted and said how is it different from newspaper reading etc<br \/>\n( I said sir in RJ &#8211; openions are formed analysis is done and i decide what changes can be made )<br \/>\nSir asked &#8211; Do you mean openions are not formed when I read newspaper<br \/>\n( No sir that is not the case but they are more structural and also can be revisited after a fortnight\/ month )<br \/>\nHe asked Benifits of it ?? ( I said sensitivity, analytical mindset on issues , EI etc )<br \/>\nI also added on my way of RJ ( changes in social institutions for example recently i jote down how intercaste marriage allowed in my family otherwise a traditional arrange marriage setup )<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; you must be feeling nervous outside waiting in hall . What you did ?? You talked to someone<br \/>\n( Yes sir I was feeling a bit nervous. I tried talking to people and sir I tried breathing technique also 4-2-1 &#8211; sir laughed , I also<br \/>\nAnd to add on sir &#8211; i chanted also<\/p>\n<p>Sir asked &#8211; you do it everytime? Does that work<br \/>\nYes sir I apply this and it works for me.<br \/>\nNow you are all okay with smiling face<br \/>\nYes sir I am good now. Thankyou.<\/p>\n<p>Q &#8211; Asked quality of leader ( traditional time and new time &#8211; which are same )<br \/>\nI mentioned &#8211; clear communication, single goal , accessibility etc<br \/>\nHe said what if all this fails which quality must be there &#8211; ( sir emotional intelligence is foremost &#8211; explained a bit &#8211; whithout this organisation\/ social protest etc will shatter )<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Q &#8211; as sociology student what common you see in all societies be it desert society , western society<br \/>\n( I mentioned about social cohesion)<\/p>\n<p>Sir said don&#8217;t you think language is also there ( i said sorry sir and i forgot to add on )<\/p>\n<p>He asked about other common factor I said &#8211; Religious belief )<br \/>\nAnd i can&#8217;t think of more right now.<br \/>\n1 more question asked , can&#8217;t remember.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chairperson again<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; I want to ask you why Mr Trump is talking about taking Greenland<br \/>\n( Though I wasn&#8217;t aware of news )<br \/>\nI said mam I believe it must be for capturing the northern pole proximity &#8211; ARCTIC<\/p>\n<p>Counter Q &#8211; why now ? What&#8217;s there in arctic that he is doing it now<\/p>\n<p>I said sorry mam I&#8217;m not aware of the issue.
