Implementation Status<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Har Ghar Jal:<\/strong> As of 2025, UP has achieved over <strong>80% saturation<\/strong> in rural tap water connections (up from 1.9% in 2019).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus Regions:<\/strong> Prioritizing the <strong>Bundelkhand &amp; Vindhya<\/strong> regions through surface water projects (e.g., Bansagar Dam) to address chronic drought.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Village Institutions:<\/strong> Role of <strong>Paani Samitis<\/strong> (VWSC) in operation and maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B. PMAY-Urban 2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Phase :<\/strong> Launch of <strong>PMAY-U 2.0<\/strong> focusing on the urban middle class and slum redevelopment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rental Housing:<\/strong> Promoting <strong>Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs)<\/strong> for migrant workers in industrial hubs like Noida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> <a id=\"t3\"><\/a>PM-KISAN &amp; Agriculture Welfare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Trend:<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;DBT Efficiency&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Land Record Integration.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.
