UP Tourism Policy 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Investment Subsidy:<\/strong> Capital subsidy up to <strong>25%<\/strong> for building hotels\/resorts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> Granted <strong>&#8220;Industry Status&#8221;<\/strong> to the tourism sector (lower electricity\/water tariffs).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> Special incentives for units in &#8220;Dark Zones&#8221; (Backward districts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B.
