I said 4-5 qualities. He said these qualities are also there in doctor, engineer professions. How come?<br \/>\n3. monolog on interstate water dispute between kar and TN. Apart from cauvery dispute, which other river do we see such disputes? Solutions for it. (In one of the points i had mentioned setting up of an expert independent body)Do india have any such independent body?<br \/>\n4. Why do delays happen in such dispute resolutions.
