Karan Fries is a synthetic cattle breed developed to achieve higher milk production under Indian conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Developed by: <\/b>It was developed by the National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal, Haryana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Crossbreeding of: <\/b>It is a cross between <\/span>indigenous Tharparkar cows and Holstein-Friesian bulls.<\/b><\/p>\n

Key features<\/b><\/p>\n

High milk yield:<\/b> It is capable of producing over 3,500 kg of milk during a 10-month lactation period.<\/span><\/p>\n

High daily productivity:<\/b> It can deliver peak daily milk yields of up to 46.5 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vrindavani is a synthetic cattle breed developed to enhance milk production through scientific breeding.<\/span><\/p>\n
