I responded that I was just reflecting that this was the third time my interview was last (twice in state pcs). so I was smiling at the coincidence.<br \/>\nWhich topic do you want us to have discussion on? I first chose US-Venezuela. She said its too boring. Then I chose Semiconductor and India\u2019s progress. Discussion on this began.<br \/>\nPax silica<br \/>\nIs India a late entrant into this field?<br \/>\nWhat is USA\u2019s take on climate change? Discussion on this<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Explain working of touchscreen<br \/>\nMonologue on generation gap within families and intra-family tensions; Gen-Z, who teaches GenZ about being independent and autonomous; so should we ban social media<br \/>\nRole of mobile phones in families. What to do? Should we ban use of phones inside homes? Discussion followed<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Current tensions between Israel and Gaza; what is Oslo Accord and its status<br \/>\nWhat is the China-Taiwan issue?<br \/>\nWhat is the importance of Taiwan in technology sector?<br \/>\nStatus of UN. Why not disband it and have a new organisation which better reflects current realities?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Problems of Apple growers in Kashmir<br \/>\nFeatures of J&amp;K Industrial Policy<br \/>\nWhich industries have recently invested in J&amp;K and what are the international investments?<br \/>\nStatus of Lithium discovery in J&amp;K<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We spend so much on defence. Dont you think we should focus more on health and education?<br \/>\nDont you think we should not possess nuclear weapons? They are a threat to humanity?<br \/>\nStatus of women empowerment in India. Is it really working? Give specific examples. What else should we do for women?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chairperson:<\/strong><br \/>\nDiscussion continues on women empowerment. What is the status in J&amp;K? Be specific. What have you observed ever since you have begun observing the society? Region wise: jammu, kashmir, Pir panjal? Are women entering STEM fields? How conservative and how liberal etc<br \/>\nName one woman from your district who is popular and well-educated.<br \/>\nAlright, that brings us to the end of your interview.<\/p>\n<p>Despite being the last one to go, they were in no haste.
