It is <strong>accessible on basic smartphones with internet connectivity.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>PANCHAM have two interfaces:<\/strong> One for Panchayat Functionaries and Elected Representative and another for Citizens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language Support: <\/strong>The chatbot <strong>supports 22 Indian language<\/strong>s to ensure wider participation and understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services offered:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong data-start=\"188\" data-end=\"213\">Direct Communication:<\/strong> Timely delivery of circulars, guidelines, and directives through easy-to-understand WhatsApp messages.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Two-Way Communication: <\/strong>\u00a0It enables users to ask questions directly to the ministry and concerned authorities.
