Is it tariff-based or a non-tariff measure?<\/li>\n<li>Is it WTO-compliant?<\/li>\n<li>Last question cant remember<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>What is big data analysis?<\/li>\n<li>Difference between data and information?<\/li>\n<li>Said a few lines suggesting information is extracted from data, not the other way round<\/li>\n<li>All this big data analysis, ML, AI, information \u2013 how is it relevant in warfare?<\/li>\n<li>Can it also be used by commanders to make decisions?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Few lines on Tripura student killed in Dehradun \u2013 said \u201cidhar to chinki bulate hain\u201d; is it the same in IIT Bombay?<br \/>\n(I said sorry sir, didn\u2019t come across it \u2013 realised I should have acknowledged the issue rather than denying.)<br \/>\nHe then said: this EBSB you talk about, but they treat North-Easterners as outsiders \u2013 as an advisor to GoI, what advice will you give?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You gave solutions to the Maharashtra government on implementation of NISP. Now with so many startup schemes, you have to take stock of progress and improve \u2013 what will you do?<br \/>\nMember interrupted and said to analyse current status.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>How are these government funds doing?
