One crore per acre <\/strong>will be provided for:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Core infrastructure such as <\/strong>internal roads, underground utilities, drainage, common treatment facilities, ICT and administrative systems<\/li>\n<li><strong>Value-added infrastructure such as <\/strong>ready-built factory sheds, built-to-suit units, testing labs, warehouse<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social infrastructure<\/strong> such as worker housing and support amenities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">It also extends <strong>support for external infrastructure providing up to 25% of the project cost,<\/strong> ensuring seamless connectivity and integration with existing networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: The Union Cabinet has approved the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna (BHAVYA) for developing 100 plug-and-play industrial parks across the country.
