MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> It is a <strong>World Bank-supported central sector scheme.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nodal Ministry:<\/strong> It is\u00a0being implemented by the <strong>Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises<\/strong> (MoMSME) over the<strong> five-year period 2022-23 to 2026-27.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> The scheme <strong>aims<\/strong> to <strong>scale up the implementation capacity<\/strong> and <strong>coverage of MSMEs<\/strong> with impact <strong>enhancement of existing MSME schemes<\/strong> by:\n<ul>\n<li>fostering innovation, encouraging ideation, improving practices and processes<\/li>\n<li>enhancing market access<\/li>\n<li>promoting greening initiatives<\/li>\n<li>scaling up guarantees to women-owned micro and small enterprises etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>It also aims at promoting <strong>Centre-State collaboration by providing grants to States for preparation of Strategic Investment Plan (SIP),<\/strong> which is a roadmap developed by the respective State\/UT for development of the MSME sector in the State.<\/li>\n<li>It provides <strong>grants to States\/UTs<\/strong> for implementing selected projects in the SIP.<\/li>\n<li>It receives<strong> result- based funding from the World Bank.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"content-box-red yellow-h2-box\"><strong>About Trade Enablement and Access to Market (TEAM) Initiative<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>It is a <strong>sub-scheme<\/strong> under the <strong>RAMP Programme<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Launched by:<\/strong> It has been launched by the <strong>Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Implementing agency:<\/strong> Its implementing agency is <strong>National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC).<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> It aims to provide <strong>end-to-end e-commerce support to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)<\/strong>, enabling them to participate effectively in digital commerce ecosystems through the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/open-network-for-digital-commerce-ondc\/\">\u00a0Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It seeks to empower artisans, home-based entrepreneurs, local manufacturers and small retailers by providing <strong>structured institutional support across every stage of e-commerce
