(ICMR), <\/strong>under the Department of Health Research,<strong> Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It has establishment of <strong>one of the country\u2019s first structured platforms dedicated to biomedical innovation showcasing and technology transfer<\/strong> under the <strong>ICMR Medical Innovation Patent Mitra initiative<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> It aims to <strong>bridge the gap<\/strong> between laboratory research and commercial healthcare products.\n<ul>\n<li>It also aims to <strong>support India&#8217;s goal of becoming more self-reliant<\/strong> in healthcare technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> It focuses on <strong>turning Indian medical research into practical healthcare solutions<\/strong> that can reach hospitals, laboratories, and patients faster.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1l2mx0j\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"28\"><strong>Highlights of the Event:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Indian Biomedical Patent Landscape Report and the Technology Compendium<\/strong> were launched during the event.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"asset6\" data-start=\"147\" data-end=\"739\">A key highlight was the<strong> transfer of 41 public health technologies from <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Indian Council of Medical Research<\/span><\/span> (ICMR) institutes and innovators to industry partners<\/strong> for further development, manufacturing, and commercialization.\n<ul data-start=\"30\" data-end=\"1442\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-section-id=\"asset6\" data-start=\"147\" data-end=\"739\">These technologies covered <strong>advanced diagnostics, vaccines, medical devices, and biomedical solutions aimed at addressing major public health<\/strong> challenges.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"asset6\" data-start=\"147\" data-end=\"739\"><strong>Transferred technologies:<\/strong> The transferred technologies included <strong>glycoconjugate and recombinant vaccines for Typhoid and Paratyphoid,<\/strong> along with <strong>diagnostic technologies for diseases such as Japanese Encephalitis, Tuberculosis, and Mpox.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ubncli\" data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"980\"><strong>First, well-characterized biomaterials, including inactivated KFD and Chandipura viruse<\/strong>s, were also <strong>handed over to industry partners<\/strong>, further strengthening India\u2019s biomedical research and manufacturing ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1o67dph\" data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1218\">The event also<strong> featured over 100 technologies in diagnostics, therapeutics, and medical devices<\/strong> developed by ICMR
