height: 30px; text-align: center;\"><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 300px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 27.8295%; height: 300px;\"><strong>Tele-Law (Reaching the Unreached)<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 69.3761%; height: 300px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>It includes <strong>free pre-litigation legal advice to all persons through a network of 2,50,000 Common Service Centres (CSCs<\/strong>) operated by Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) at the Gram Panchayat level.<\/li>\n<li>It will cover <strong>784 districts across 36 States\/UTs, including 112 Aspirational Districts and 500 Aspirational Blocks. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nyaya Sahayaks will continue to provide doorstep legal assistance<\/strong> in Aspirational Blocks.<\/li>\n<li>The programme will be<strong> further strengthened through AI integration, multilingual access and upgradation of digital platforms.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 210px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 27.8295%; height: 210px;\"><strong>Nyaya Bandhu (Pro-Bono Legal Services) Programme<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 69.3761%; height: 210px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The programme will <strong>promote a pro bono culture among advocates and law students<\/strong> by providing <strong>free legal assistance and court<\/strong> <strong>representation<\/strong> to persons eligible for free legal aid under <strong>Section 12<\/strong> of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.<\/li>\n<li>The programme will be expanded <strong>through the engagement of Pro-Bono Advocates, onboarding of law colleges under the Pro Bono Club (PBC) Scheme<\/strong>, and digital outreach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 210px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 27.8295%; height: 210px;\"><strong>Legal Literacy and Legal Awareness Programme (LLLAP)<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 69.3761%; height: 210px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>It is to <strong>spreads legal awareness and literacy<\/strong> through partnerships with Ministries, Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), law universities and media partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementing agencies from government, private and CSO sectors<\/strong> will be engaged through MoAs\/MoUs for both online and offline outreach campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 52px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 27.8295%; height: 52px;\"><strong>VIDHI Sanjeevani<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 69.3761%; height: 52px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>It is a <strong>centralized digital platform<\/strong> introduced as a fourth component for<strong> end-to-end programme monitoring and data-driven decision-making.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It will feature an<strong> Integrated Dashboard consolidating real-time data streams from all four components.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It also involves the <strong>integration of the AI-powered multilingual Nyaya Setu Chatbot (developed with BHASHINI) for legal query resolution<\/strong>, data analytics, and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Past Performance:<\/strong> As of 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0May 2026, the DISHA Scheme had achieved a cumulative outreach of<strong> over 2.37 crore beneficiaries.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>It comprises <strong>1.13 crore+ pre-litigation legal advice under Tele-Law, 10,681 registered Pro-Bono Advocates and 109 Pro-Bono Clubs established across 31 States\/UTs under Nyaya Bandhu,<\/strong> and outreach to 1.24 crore+ beneficiaries under LLLAP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expected Outcome:<\/strong> DISHA 2.0 targets to achieve a cumulative <strong>outreach of 3.00 crore beneficiaries<\/strong> across all four Programme Components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: Union Minister of State (I\/C) for Law and Justice has approved the continuation of the Central Sector Scheme \u2018Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice (DISHA)\u2019 restructured as DISHA 2.0 for a period of five years.
