width: 86.0457%; height: 537px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 31px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 29.0655%; height: 31px;\"><strong>Categories<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 216.181%; height: 31px; text-align: center;\"><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 173px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 29.0655%; height: 173px;\"><strong>Miniratna Category-I Status<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 216.181%; height: 173px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The CPSEs that meet the following criteria are eligible to be considered for the grant of Miniratna-I status:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>made a profit continuously in the last three years<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>pre-tax profit is Rs.30 crores or more in at least one of the three years and<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Have a positive net worth.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 146px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 29.0655%; height: 146px;\"><strong>Miniratna Category-II Status<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 216.181%; height: 146px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The CPSEs which meet the following criteria are eligible to be considered for the grant of Miniratna-II status:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Have made a profit for the last three years continuously and<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Have a positive net worth.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 128px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 29.0655%; height: 128px;\"><strong>Additional Conditions for both categories<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 216.181%; height: 128px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Miniratna CPSEs<strong> should not have defaulted in the repayment of loans\/interestpayment on any loans<\/strong> due to the Government.<\/li>\n<li>Miniratna CPSE<strong>s shall not depend upon budgetary support<\/strong> or Government guarantees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 59px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 29.0655%;
