{"id":367558,"date":"2026-07-16T17:43:45","date_gmt":"2026-07-16T12:13:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/?p=367558"},"modified":"2026-07-16T17:43:45","modified_gmt":"2026-07-16T12:13:45","slug":"viksit-bharat-yuva-connect-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/viksit-bharat-yuva-connect-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div class=\"content-box-green\">\n<p><strong>News:<\/strong> The Ministry of Youth Affairs &amp; Sports, Government of India will organise the Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme (VBYCP).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"red-h2-box\">About Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme<\/h2>\n<figure style=\"width: 401px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image001YY1E.jpg?resize=401%2C201&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme\" width=\"401\" height=\"201\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: PIB<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Launched by:<\/strong> It has been launched by <strong>Ministry of Youth Affairs &amp; Sports.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> It will be <strong>organized across universities and colleges<\/strong> from <strong>16th July to 15th August 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Theme:<\/strong> It has a theme of <strong>&#8220;Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> It aims <strong>to connect young citizens with the vision of a developed India while creating awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0It seeks<strong> to empower youth to become ambassadors of a healthy, responsible and drug-free India<\/strong> by combining civic engagement with anti-drug awareness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Target Group:<\/strong> It will primarily <strong>engage youth in the\u00a015\u201325 years\u00a0age group from rural, urban and tribal communities.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Institutions can also participate and they may subsequently <strong>establish MY Bharat Chapters\u00a0to ensure sustained youth engagement and facilitate implementation of future MY Bharat initiatives. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All registrations and programme-related activities will be carried out through the <a href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/prime-minister-launches-mera-yuva-bharat-my-bharat-platform-on-the-national-unity-day\/\">MY Bharat Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Features:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Interactive student engagement:<\/strong> It will <strong>engage students through interactive sessions, presentations, awareness activities and digital participation<\/strong> via the MY Bharat platform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Youth Icons to lead awareness:<\/strong> <strong>Distinguished Youth Icons <\/strong>including State Champions of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD), winners of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament, NSS Awardees, National Youth Awardees and other accomplished youth leaders, <strong>will visit educational institutions to interact with students.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Focus on the impact of substance abuse:<\/strong> The youth leaders <strong>will share insights into India&#8217;s development journey and explain how substance abuse poses a serious threat<\/strong> to individual aspirations, social well-being and the country&#8217;s overall progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Awareness film:<\/strong> Participants will <strong>watch a specially curated awareness film<\/strong> featuring the experiences of individuals and families affected by substance abuse, offering a deeper understanding of its personal and societal consequences.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nasha Mukt Bharat Pledge:<\/strong> It also includes a <strong>Nasha Mukt Bharat Pledge<\/strong>, through which participants will reaffirm their commitment to leading healthy, drug-free lives and contributing to nation-building.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recovery Warriors&#8217; testimonials:<\/strong> Wherever feasible, <strong>personal testimonials from Recovery Warriors, in collaboration with NGOs and spiritual organisations,<\/strong> will be incorporated to reinforce the campaign&#8217;s message and inspire participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: The Ministry of Youth Affairs &amp; Sports, Government of India will organise the Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme (VBYCP).
