Digit<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>RajmargYatra App<\/strong>\u00a0is a mobile application that <strong>provides digital services to make National Highway<\/strong> travel <strong>more convenient and citizen-centric.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nodal Ministry:<\/strong> <strong>Ministry of Road Transport and Highways<\/strong> is nodal minister.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementing Agency:<\/strong> <strong>National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)<\/strong> is implementing agency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objective:<\/strong> It aims to make National Highway <strong>travel more seamless<\/strong> by providing <strong>technology-driven public services<\/strong> and improving ease of living.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key Pre-existing Features:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Annual Pass Facility:<\/strong> The app provides an Annual Pass facility, through which more than 80 lakh Annual Passeshave been sold with real-time activation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other Digital Services:<\/strong> The app also enables <strong>geo-tagged complaint registration with photos and videos, provides real-time weather alerts, notifies users<\/strong> about <strong>nearby amenities<\/strong> such as hospitals and fuel stations, and <strong>offers unified FASTag banking services.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Features:<\/strong> The app has <strong>introduced the Digital Local Pass facility and the MargMitra Help Centre.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital Local Pass Feature:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> <strong>Residents living within a 20-kilometre radius<\/strong> of an <strong>eligible toll plaza<\/strong> can <strong>purchase a Local Pass through the app.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Eligible users <strong>can purchase a monthly Local Pass digitally<\/strong> and enjoy unlimited travel through the respective toll plaza for one month.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital Verification:<\/strong> The system uses <strong>consent-based integration with DigiLocker, VAHAN, and GIS-based verification<\/strong> to establish eligibility while improving transparency, accuracy and user convenience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Initial Rollout:<\/strong> The facility has been <strong>introduced at the Mundka\u2013Bakkarwala Toll Plaza on Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), Delhi,<\/strong> and will be expanded to other toll plazas across the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>MargMitra Help Centre:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single-Window Assistance:<\/strong> It is an <strong>intelligent digital assistance platform<\/strong> integrated into the RajmargYatra app that <strong>enables commuters to access information, seek assistance and register grievances.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Multilingual Support:<\/strong> Users can type or speak their <strong>queries in 22 Indian languages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key Services:<\/strong> It provides instant <strong>assistance on FASTag recharge, KYC requirements, refund status, Annual Pass, Local Pass services<\/strong> and other frequently asked questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grievance and Road Safety:<\/strong> Users can lodge complaints, track their <strong>status in real time, file appeals, check FASTag blacklisting status, view pending electronic notices, and report stalled vehicles or encroachments on National Highways.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced the Digital Local Pass facility and the MargMitra Help Centre on the RajmargYatra app. About RajmargYatra App RajmargYatra App\u00a0is a mobile application that provides digital services to make National Highway travel more convenient and citizen-centric.
