Somanath:<\/strong> He is the <strong>former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapan Deka:<\/strong> He is the <strong>former Director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>V.
