Ltd. and the Rotary Club of Madras East<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objective:<\/strong> The award recognises and encourages grassroots leaders who <strong>preserve natural ecosystems, clean marine pollution, promote climate-resilient farming,<\/strong> and maintain a <strong>balance between development and ecological conservation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>It is open to <strong>individuals, local community workers, smallholder farmers, fisherfolk, and non-governmental organisations across India.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Candidates <strong>must demonstrate measurable improvements<\/strong> in marine waste management, sustainable farming, seed preservation, or biodiversity restoration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"yellow-h2-box\">Recipients of Dr. M.S.
