2026<\/strong>\u00a0 is a <\/span><b>multinational air combat exercise.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Aim: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exercise aims <\/span><b>to expose all participants to planning and execution of multinational joint combat operations in a realistic contemporary battlespace and derive tactically viable solutions.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Hosting nation: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is being<\/span><b> hosted by India (Indian Air Force).\u00a0<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is being conducted<\/span><b> at Air Force Station, Jodhpur and adjoining air bases.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>2026 Edition:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This is the <\/span><b>second edition of the exercise.\u00a0<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>First edition: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was conducted in <\/span><b>2024.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Participating countries: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eight Friendly Foreign Countries such as<\/span><b> Australia, Bangladesh, France, Germany, Greece, Sri Lanka, UAE and USA <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will participate with air assets, while<\/span><b> 32 nations will be attending as observers.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Deployments: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>India has deployed its largest contingent that will include the Su-30 MKI, MiG-29, Mirage-2000, Rafale, Jaguar, Tejas and Prachand.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U.S.A has deployed its<\/span><b> F-35 stealth fighter jet. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">France has<\/span><b> sent its Rafales <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and UAE has <\/span><b>sent its F-16.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Features:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exercise<\/span><b> covers a wide canvas of air operations,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from counter-air, air defense, and force combat to recce, airlift, air-to-air refueling, and other highly complex mission sets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exercise wil<\/span><b>l focus on interoperability, combat coordination and preparing for the air warfare challenges <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of tomorrow.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"red-h2-box\"><b>About Mission P\u00e9gase 2026<\/b><\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_372665\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-372665\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-372665\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/forumias.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Source-Dassault-Aviation.jpg?resize=300%2C207&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Mission P\u00e9gase 2026\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/forumias.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Source-Dassault-Aviation.jpg?resize=300%2C207&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/forumias.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Source-Dassault-Aviation.jpg?w=681&amp;ssl=1 681w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-372665\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source &#8211;
