The Union government has hiked the Junior Research Fellowship \u2014 to \u20b931,000 a person, nearly 20% increase from the existing \u20b925,000.<\/p>\n

  1. The Senior Research Fellowships (SRF), which are given to research students two years into their doctoral studies, had been hiked to \u20b935,000 a month<\/li>\n
  2. Stipends for the Research Assistants (who are pursuing postdoctoral studies and have at least three years of research experience) would range from \u20b947,000 to \u20b954,000 a month.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
