Also, discuss how it affect the federal relation between center and states<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Answer:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 1 in the Constitution states that India shall be a Union of States. Despite having certain federal features, Indian constitution tends to create a strong centre.
