Reasons to abolish capital punishment:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. It denies a chance at reforming the accused<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The procedure is not always flawless<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. It believes in the traditional idea of retributive justice <\/span><\/li>\n
  4. It goes against the fundamental human rights and dignity of life<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Many times, the investigative machinery is found to be biased against people from certain backgrounds <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
