The observation comes in the backdrop of a petition that has urged the SC to stop the release of a film \u2018Ram Ki Janmabhoomi\u2019 as it may impact the mediation in the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri land dispute case.<\/li>\n<li>The Supreme Court had referred the Ayodhya case for a formal mediation. The Court had formed a mediation panel headed by former SC judge Justice F M Kalifullah.<\/li>\n<li>Mediation is one of the methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) \u2013 the procedure for settling disputes without litigation.
