scrutiny shall be\n allocated to assessment units in a random manner and notices shall be\n issued electronically by a Central Cell without disclosing the name,\n designation or location of the Kris Gopalakrishna.<\/li><li>The committee is mandated to to study\n various issues relating to non-personal data and to make specific\n suggestions for consideration of the central government on regulation of\n non-personal data.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why was this\ncommittee formed?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The draft Personal Data Protection Bill is\nnon-personal data?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Non-personal data is usually held by large\n commercial entities like cab-aggregators, e-commerce companies that use\n the community data generated on their platforms to improve their\n services.&nbsp;<\/li><li>This is in addition to anonymised datasets\n also being provided to government bodies and departments by large Bill,2018:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The draft of Personal Data Protection\n Bill,2018 is based on the recommendations of the government-constituted\n panel headed by Justice BN Srikrishna.<\/li><li>The Bill regulates the processing of\n personal data of individuals (data principals) by government and private\n entities (data fiduciaries) incorporated in India and abroad.<\/li><li>The bill provides individuals several\n rights with respect to their data such as seeking correction or seeking\n access to their data which is stored with the fiduciary.&nbsp;<\/li><li>The bill says that government and private\n entities has certain obligations towards the individual while processing\n their data such as notifying them of the nature and purposes of data processing.<\/li><li>The Bill allows exemptions for certain\n kinds of data processing such as processing in the interest of national\n security for legal proceedings or for journalistic purposes.<\/li><li>The Bill requires that a serving copy of\n personal data be stored within the territory of India.Certain critical\n personal data must be stored solely within the country.<\/li><li>A national-level Data Protection Authority\n (DPA) is to be set up to supervise and regulate data fiduciaries.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a Cabinet had given its nod to set\n up an Indian Institute of Skills (IISs) in three cities namely Mumbai,\n Ahmedabad and Kanpur to give boost to the Skill India Mission.<\/li><li>These institutes class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Global research and development hub on\n antimicrobial resistance was launched in May 2018 on the sidelines of the\n 71st session of the World Health Assembly.<\/li><li>The hub consists of 16 members nations.It\n also has the European Commission, two philanthropic foundations as members\n and four international organisations as observers.<\/li><li>The hub supports global priority setting\n and evidence-based decision making on the allocation of resources for AMR\n R&amp;D through the identification of gaps, overlaps and potential for\n cross-sectoral collaboration and leveraging in AMR R&amp;D.<\/li><li>The operations of the hub are supported\n through a Secretariat, which is established in Berlin, of network of\n IICs is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students by exposing them\n to new ideas and processes resulting in innovative activities in their\n formative years.<\/li><li>The model intestines and are shed through feces.Humans become\n infected most frequently through contaminated water or food.<\/li><li>The symptoms of Salmonella include nausea,\n diarrhoea, fever, and abdominal to replace the personal laws based on the scriptures and customs\n of each major religious community in the country with a common set\n governing every citizen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What the\nconstitution says?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Article 44 of the Constitution says that\n there should be a Uniform Civil Code.&nbsp;<\/li><li>According to article 44,\u201dThe State shall\n endeavor to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the\n territory of India\u201d.Since the Directive Principles are only guidelines, it\n is not mandatory to use them.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why India needs a\nUniform Civil Code?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To provide equal status to all citizens<\/li><li>To support the national integration<\/li><li>To bypass the contentious issue of reform\n of existing personal laws<\/li><li>Various Courts judgements that the\n government should move towards a uniform civil that helps financial technology (FinTech) players live test\n their products or solutions before getting the necessary regulatory\n approvals for a mass launch.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IRDAI Regulatory\nsandbox:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For the regulatory sandbox,an applicant\n should have a net worth of Rs 10 lakh and a proven financial record of at\n least regulatory sandbox will help fintech\n companies launch innovative products at a lower cost and in less time.<\/li><li>The sandbox will enable fintech companies\n to conduct live or virtual testing of their new products and services.<\/li><li>These companies will also be able to test\n the viability of the product without a wider and expensive rollout.<\/li><li>It will help companies to experiment
