Competitiveness Center.<\/li><li>It measures the capacity and readiness of\n 63 nations to adopt and explore digital technologies as a key driver for\n economic transformation in business, government place in 2018 to 44th rank in 2019.<\/li><li>The country has improved overall in all\n factors such as knowledge, technology and future-readiness as compared to\n the previous year\u2019s ranking.<\/li><li>The biggest improvement is in the\n technology sub-factor level holding the first position in\n telecommunications investment.<\/li><li>The US was ranked as the world\u2019s most\n digitally competitive economy, followed by Singapore in second place.<\/li><li>However, the largest jump in the overall\n ranking was registered by China moving from 30th to 22nd and Indonesia\n from (2019-2029).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Rural\nSanitation Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The strategy has been prepared by the\n Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation in consultation with the State\n Governments and other stakeholders.<\/li><li>The strategy lays down the roadmap for\n Open defecation free(ODF) Plus which is the government\u2019s next step in\n dealing with open defecation and sanitation issues in the country.<\/li><li>The aim of the strategy is to take a step\n further from the construction and maintenance of toilets for rural\n households by focussing on waste water and solid waste treatment at the\n village and panchayat level.<\/li><li>The strategy also demands focused\n intervention which will also include landless and tenant farmers.<\/li><li>Under the scheme,each farmer holding up to\n five acres will be given financial assistance of Rs 12,500.<\/li><li>The amount also includes Rs 6,000 per\n annum to each family being provided by the Centre under its PM Kisan\n Samman Nidhi scheme.<\/li><li>The main feature of the scheme is that the\n money will be directly deposited in the by the\n Council of Scientific and Industrial Research(CSIR) in partnership with\n Indian industries.<\/li><li>It has been developed under India\u2019s\n flagship program named New Millennium Indian Technology Leadership\n Initiative (NMITLI).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working of the\nsystem:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The 5.0 kW fuel cell system generates\n power in a green manner using methanol \/ bio-methane with heat and water\n as bi-products for further use.<\/li><li>The system provides greater than 70%\n efficiency which otherwise may not be possible by
