The helpline number is 100<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nVISWAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>VISWAS stands for Video\nIntegration and State Wide Advanced Security.<\/li><li>It is a first of its kind project\nin the country launched for major e-governance initiative.<\/li><li>It aims at improving Law and Order\nManagement, Proactive traffic management and control, Crime detection through\nvideo analytics and Post incident Investigation and video forensics.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nCyber Crime Cooperation Investigation Request Portal: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It is a portal where any state\npolice or law enforcement agency can access and submit details about any\noffender staying in Gujarat. <\/li><li>The case will be immediately\ntransferred to Cyber Crime Cell of Gujarat which will then deal with the case.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a statutory\ninterpretation.<\/li><li>Statutory interpretation means the\nprocess by which courts interpret and apply a law passed by the legislature\nsuch as Parliament.<\/li><li>Presumption of constitutionality\nsays that the judiciary should presume statutes enacted by the legislature to\nbe constitutional, unless the law is clearly unconstitutional or a fundamental\nright is Strait of Hormuz lies between\nOman and Iran.It links the Persian Gulf north of it with the Gulf of Oman to\nthe south and the Arabian Sea beyond.<\/li><li>On the north coast lies Iran and\non the south coast of the United Arab Emirates and Musandam, an exclave of\nOman.<\/li><li>It is 21 miles (33 km) wide at its\nnarrowest point, with the shipping lane just two miles (three km) wide in\neither direction.<\/li><li>It is considered as the world&#8217;s\nmost important oil artery. Almost a fifth of the world\u2019s oil passes through the\nStrait.
