teachers of Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nNISHTHA Programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NISHTHA is a capacity building\nprogramme for improving the quality of School Education through Integrated\nTeacher Training.<\/li><li><strong>Aim:<\/strong>To train teachers and school principals at\nthe elementary stage so that they can encourage and foster critical thinking in\nstudents.<\/li><li>The training will be conducted by\nKey Resource Persons(KRPs) and State Resource Persons (SRP) identified by the\nState and UTs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coverage:<\/strong>The programme aims to build the capacities of around 42 lakh\nparticipants covering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>all teachers and heads of\nelementary Government schools <\/li><li>faculty members of State Councils\nof Educational Research and Training(SCERTs) and District Institutes of\nEducation and Training(DIETs) and <\/li><li>Block Resource Coordinators and\nCluster Resource Coordinators in all States and UTs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected\noutcomes of the programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Improvement in learning outcomes\nof the students.<\/li><li>Teachers are trained to use Art as\npedagogy leading to increased creativity and innovation among students.<\/li><li>Integration of ICT in teaching\nlearning and assessment.<\/li><li>Transformation of the Heads of\nSchools into providing academic and administrative leadership for the schools\nfor (HS) is a\ncontagious bacterial disease caused by Pasteurella multocida. <\/li><li>It affects cattle and water\nbuffaloes with a high mortality rate in infected animals. <\/li><li>The symptoms include swishing\ntails, undigested food in faeces and reduced milk yield.<\/li><li>The disease spreads through a)\nDirect contact between animals and b) Contaminated feedstuffs or converts\nwaste collected from the garbage disposal units into carbon powder, diesel and\ngas using Poly Crack Technology.<\/li><li>The diesel oil is to be sold by\nthe Railways to other stakeholders for commercial purposes.<\/li><li>The gas and carbon powder are to\nbe used in brick manufacturing. Further,the plant also does not leave any waste\nat the end.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional\ninformation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nPoly crack technology:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Poly crack technology is a process\nwhich converts multiple feed stocks into hydrocarbon liquid fuels, gas, carbon\nand water.<\/li><li>The benefit of this process is\nthat it does not require pre-segregation.
