Carbon storage.<\/li><li>However,the natural assets that\nprovided these services \u2014 forests, wetlands, coral reefs and fish stocks are\nunder attack from the globe\u2019s human population in the as\nusual:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In this situation,the reduced\nsupply of the six ecosystem services would lead to a 0.67% drop in the annual\nglobal GDP by 2050.<\/li><li>That would be equal to annual loss\nof $479 billion and total cumulative loss of $9.87 trillion in the period\nbetween 2011 (the base year for the study) and Payment Systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About New\nUmbrella Entity(NUE):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The new pan-India new umbrella\nentity(NUE) or entities will focus on retail payment systems with a minimum\npaid-up capital of Rs 500 crore.<\/li><li>They may be a \u2018for-profit\u2019 or a\nSection 8 Company incorporated in India.It will be governed by the provisions\nof the Payment and settlement systems(PSS) Act and other related guidelines.<\/li><li>It will set up, manage and operate\nnew payment systems especially in the retail space consisting of ATMs,white\nlabel PoS, Aadhaar-based payments and remittance services, develop payment\nmethods among others.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can\napply for NUE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Any promoter or group who has three\nyears of experience in the payment ecosystem as an operator, service provider\nor technology service provider can apply for NUE.<\/li><li>However,the RBI has also disallowed\nany single promoter or group to hold more than 40% investment in the capital of\nthe NUE.<\/li><li>Further,RBI has also allowed the\npromoter or promoter group shareholding to dilute the minimum of 25% after 5\nyears of the commencement of the business of the scientists and technical experts and their proper placement, especially in\nareas of estimating Total Allowable Catches in offshore and deep sea areas.<\/li><li>Provision of training to fisheries\nprofessionals from key fisheries institutions.<\/li><li>Exchange of scientific literature\nresearch findings and several other information.<\/li><li>Processing and marketing of\nproducts from high seas fisheries for entrepreneurship development.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nIndia-Iceland Relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>India and Iceland\u2019s friendship is\nbased on the shared values and mutuality of interests.<\/li><li>A series of high level visits since\n2000 have imparted dynamism to the bilateral relations sustained by the opening\nof resident missions (in New Delhi in February 2006 and in Reykjavik in August\n2008).<\/li><li>Iceland was the first Nordic\ncountry to publicly extend support to India\u2019s candidature for permanent\nmembership of the United Nations Security Council(UNSC).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Iceland was one of the countries\nco- sponsoring India\u2019s Resolution at the UN to declare June 21 as the\n\u201cInternational Day of Yoga\u201d.<\/li><li>The Bilateral Trade between the\ncountries have moved from USD 26.51 million in 2013-14 to USD 39.49 million category.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nParivara and Taliwara Tribes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pariwara and Taliwara are socially,\npolitically, economically and educationally backwards communities.<\/li><li>They have characteristic features\nsimilar to that of the Nayaka tribe which are already included in the list of\nScheduled Tribes(ST) of Karnataka.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Siddi\nTribe:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Siddi tribes of Karnataka are\nbelieved to have descended from the Bantu people of Southeast Africa who were\ntreated as slaves by Portuguese merchants.&nbsp;<\/li><li>They are predominantly found in the\nstates of western coast of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka states.They are\nprimarily Muslims although some are Hindus and others belong to the Catholic\nChurch.<\/li><li>They are included in the list of\nParticularly Vulnerable Tribal
