Resolution(ADR):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alternative dispute resolution\nincludes dispute resolution process and techniques that act as a means for\ndisagreeing parties to come to an agreement short of litigation. <\/li><li>ADR is mentioned under Section 89\nof the Civil Procedure Code.The several ADR mechanisms are: (a) Arbitration (b)\nConciliation (c)Mediation and impartial third party known as a mediator tries to facilitate the\nresolution process but he cannot impose the resolution and the parties are free\nto decide according to their convenience and terms.<\/li><li><strong>Conciliation:<\/strong>It is also a non-binding\nprocedure in which the conciliator assists the parties to a dispute to arrive\nat a mutually satisfactory and agreed settlement of the dispute.<\/li><li><strong>Lok Adalats:<\/strong>It is a forum where disputes\/cases\npending in the court of law or at pre-litigation stage are settled\/ compromised\namicably.Lok Adalats have calls\nwere made to seek intervention for Child abuse cases followed by those\npertaining to child labour , education , runaways and missing children.<\/li><li>The nature of abuse children\nsuffered shows that 37% of the complaints were about child marriage, 27% about\nphysical abuse , 13% regarding sexual abuse among others.<\/li><li>The data also shows that 35% of\nthe total cases of sexual abuse were committed by neighbours, 25% by strangers\nand 11% by family members. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About\nCHILDLINE India Foundation(CIF):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul SPMRM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Launched in 2016 by the Union\nMinistry of Rural Development.<\/li><li><strong>Aim:<\/strong>To stimulate local economic development,\nenhance basic services, and create well planned Rurban clusters.<\/li><li>Under the mission,300 Rurban\nclusters are envisaged to be developed in a time bound
