For Ex :\u00a0<\/span>Consider a<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>water<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>bottle\u00a0<\/span>manufacturer\u00a0<\/span>who\u00a0<\/span>has a\u00a0<\/span>bottle-cap manufacturing machine.\u00a0<\/span>By\u00a0<\/span>producing\u00a0<\/span>water bottle cap all over the year the machine may face any failure due to repair<\/span>s and the manufacturer might service the machine and cha<\/span>nged the repaired part<\/span>. Th<\/span>is is\u00a0<\/span>called wear and tear.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0A part of capital is used for this wear and tear which is not used in production of goods and services.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is Net National Product?<\/strong><\/p>\n

NNP is the total value of finished goods and services produced by a country’s citizens overseas and domestically over a time period without considering the depreciation<\/p>\n

If we deduct depreciation from the GNP, we get is NNP<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
