But they need clarity in areas essential for operationalisation of branch campuses in India.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">First,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0such universities are not driven by state<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0sponsored infrastructures<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. For example, the\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dubai Knowledge Hub<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, that offered ready to move in campus, office space. IBCs wants to accumulate profits like any other business enterprise and r<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">epatriate income to their home<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Second,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0which subjects and areas of research to be allowed for IBCs is an area of concern.
