8. \nThere is no resource allocation for preventive oncology,\ndiabetes and hypertension due to which over 70% of cancers are diagnosed in\nstages III or IV. Prevention of chronic kidney disease, which affects 15-17% of\nthe population, is not appropriately addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. \nIt has been argued increase of GDP alone does not guarantee\nhealth, since there is no direct correlation between GDP and health outcomes,\nhowever improvement in health leads to healthy worker and contributes to\nproductivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
