The\nresearchers examined the children&#8217;s visual working memory i.e. the ability to\nstore visual information and detect changes in the visual environment when they\noccur.<\/li><li>The researchers came to the conclusion that children\nfrom lower income backgrounds, where mothers also had a low level of education,\nhad weaker brain activity.
