The project was inaugurated in 2017\nand is scheduled for its first run in 2022. The project is a first of its kind\nin India.<\/li><li>Originating at the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai\nand terminating at the Sabarmati, the high speed train corridor will pass\nthrough Gujarat, Maharashtra and Dadra&amp; Nagar Haveli. <\/li><li>The proposed corridor lies in Western Railway\nzone.<\/li><li>National High Speed Rail Corporation (NHSRCL) is\nthe implementing agency of the project.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional\nInformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>National High Speed\nRail Corporation (NHSRCL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It was incorporated in 2016 under the Companies\nAct, 2013.<\/li><li>Its mandate is to finance, construct, maintain\nand manage the High Speed Rail Corridor in India. <\/li><li>The Company has been modelled as \u2018Special\nPurpose Vehicle\u2019 in the joint sector with equity participation by Central\nGovernment through Ministry of Railways and two State Governments viz.\nGovernment of Gujarat and Government of Maharashtra.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News: Gujarat high court rejected more than 100 pleas challenging the land acquisition process for Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) Project.
