However,\nboth China and Cambodia have denied such speculations.<\/li><li>According\nto reports, China will use the base for 30 years, with automatic renewals every\n10 years after that.<\/li><li>China\nwould be able to station military personnel, store weapons and berth warships\nat the facility.<\/li><li>Realm\nNaval base will be China\u2019s first dedicated naval staging facility in South East\nAsia.<\/li><li>China\nhas had also signed an agreement with Thailand to build Kra canal across the\nKra Isthmus in southern Thailand.
