{"id":87986,"date":"2019-08-26T16:54:21","date_gmt":"2019-08-26T11:24:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/factly.forumias.com\/?p=9493"},"modified":"2019-08-26T16:54:21","modified_gmt":"2019-08-26T11:24:21","slug":"g-7-summit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/g-7-summit\/","title":{"rendered":"G-7 summit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Indian Prime Minister(PM) will be attending the 45th G7 Summit in Biarritz, France.<\/li><li>Although India is not a member of the G7 group,Indian PM would be attending the Summit as a special guest on the invitation of French President.<\/li><li>The G-7 was created in 1975 as an annual gathering of political leaders to discuss and exchange ideas on a broad range of issues including the global economy, security and energy.<\/li><li>The Group of 7(G7) consists of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom and the United States.The European Union is also represented within the G7.<\/li><li>Russia was also a part of the group and it was known as G-8.However, Russia was removed after it annexed Crimea from Ukraine, which was seen as a violation of Ukraine\u2019s sovereignty and territorial integrity.<\/li><li>Further,the G7 has has also been criticised as G-20 is seen as more representative body when compared to G7 as emerging economies like India and China are not part of the G7.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Indian Prime Minister(PM) will be attending the 45th G7 Summit in Biarritz, France.
