{"id":88081,"date":"2019-10-20T17:10:59","date_gmt":"2019-10-20T11:40:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/factly.forumias.com\/?p=11080"},"modified":"2019-10-20T17:10:59","modified_gmt":"2019-10-20T11:40:59","slug":"imnex-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/imnex-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"IMNEX-2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>News:<\/strong>The India Myanmar Naval Exercise called IMNEX-2019 is being organised in Visakhapatnam from 19 to 22 October.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facts:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the exercise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>IMNEX is a bilateral annual naval exercise between India and Myanmar.<\/li><li>The first edition of the exercise was held in 2018.<\/li><li>The joint exercise will encompass a variety of operations including anti-air and surface firing exercises, flying exercises using integral helicopter and seamanship evolutions at sea.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The exercise will consist of two phases:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The harbour phase will include visits to Indian Naval units, training and maintenance facility at Visakhapatnam.<\/li><li>The sea phase of the exercise includes Indian Navy\u2019s INS Kuthar and INS Ranvijay carrying out a joint exercise with Myanmar ships UMS Tabinshwehti in the Bay of Bengal.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional information:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other exercises between India and Myanmar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>IMBAX- <\/strong>It is a bilateral army exercise between India and Myanmar.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News:The India Myanmar Naval Exercise called IMNEX-2019 is being organised in Visakhapatnam from 19 to 22 October.
