The Heads of the Member-States form the Supreme Council.<\/li><li><strong>Intergovernmental Council<\/strong> is a Union\u2019s body consisting of the Heads of the Member-States Governments.<\/li><li><strong>Eurasian Economic Commission<\/strong> is a permanent supranational regulatory body of the Union.
