It should be backed by evidence.\n<ul>\n<li>The judge stated that only interaction with people of <strong>doubtful credentials is not an offence.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>On sedition,<\/strong> the court cited Kedar Nath case (1962) that actual violence or incitement to violence should be associated with words.<\/li>\n<li>Moreover, the Court negated the state&#8217;s \u201cglobal conspiracy\u201d claims and stated that the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression \u201cincludes the right to seek a global audience\u201d.
