It connects Tawang to Dirang and Guwahati\n(Assam).<\/li><li>The Sena Tunnel aims to provide all weather\nconnectivity to Tawang and other forward areas in Arunachal Pradesh. It also\nseeks to cut travel time to Tawang by at least an hour for Indian troops\nstationed in Tezpur, Assam. Tezpur is the headquarters of the Indian army\u2019s IV\nCorps- a military field formation of the Indian Army.<\/li><li>Tawang has been a disputed area between India\nand China.
