The observation\ncomes in the backdrop of a petition that has urged the SC to stop the release\nof a film &#8216;Ram Ki Janmabhoomi&#8217; as it may impact the mediation in the\nRamjanmabhoomi-Babri land dispute case.<\/li><li>The Supreme Court had referred the Ayodhya case\nfor a formal mediation. The Court had formed a mediation panel headed by former\nSC judge Justice F M Kalifullah.<\/li><li>Mediation is one of the methods of Alternative\nDispute Resolution (ADR) &#8211; the procedure for settling disputes without\nlitigation.
