Only Sikhs wearing turban have been exempted.<\/li><li>Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Act, 2019 amends the\nMotor Vehicles Act, 1988.<\/li><li>It seeks to improve road safety through\nmultifold increase in penalties for traffic violations.
