Chief Minister had conducted a meeting to\nreview the progress on the Polavaram project.<\/li><li>Provision 19.5 of the Model Code of Conduct for\nElections prohibits officials from attending any meeting called by the\nministers (including Chief Minister) or political functionaries.<\/li><li>Model code of Conduct (MCC) are the guidelines\nissued by the Election Commission of India for conduct of political parties and\ncandidates during elections. The MCC comes into force immediately on the\nannouncement of the election schedule by the commission.
