Crime data from Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh.\nChhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand were analysed. <\/li><li>A major reason for delay in verdicts is that the\nfast-track courts designated to handle rape cases are also handling other\ncriminal cases.<\/li><li>The Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2018 prescribes\na 60-day time-limit for completion of investigation in sexual offences cases.<\/li><li>In February 2019, the Home Ministry launched Investigation\nTracking System for Sexual Offences (ITSSO). It is an analytical tool to\nmonitor and track time-bound investigation. It is part of the Crime and\nCriminal Tracking Network and System (CCTNS).<\/li><li>CCTNS is a programme of Ministry of Home\nAffairs.
