The campaign will officially be rolled out in all\ncities with PMAY (U) on October 2, 2019 <\/li><li>It has been launched for social behaviour\nchange, focusing on issues such as water &amp; energy conservation, waste\nmanagement, health, tree plantation, sanitation and hygiene<\/li><li>The campaign will cover beneficiaries of\ncompleted houses under PMAY (U). It will be implemented through community\nmobilisation and Information Education Communication (IEC) activities.<\/li><li>For this purpose, the campaign will converge\nwith schemes and Missions of other Ministries dealing with these subjects. The\nconvergence would especially focus on Ujjwala for gas connection and Ayushman\nBharat for health insurance to the beneficiaries of PMAY (U)<\/li><li>The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban (PMAY-U)\naims to construct 1.2 crore houses and ensure \u201cHousing for All by 2022\u201d by\nproviding financial assistance to the beneficiaries. It has four components: a)\nIn-situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR), b) Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP),\nc) Beneficiary-led Individual house construction or Enhancement (BLC), and d)\nCredit-Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS).<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of Housing and urban Affairs has launched Angikaar Campaign.
