@farejul possible to get excel version of the ranklist sir?
What could be the reason for such a significant drop in combined rankings(offline+online) vis-a-vis 'offline only' on comparing ranking w.r.t. marks obtained. Consistent trend across all simulators. Does this mean larger chunk of better placed candidates from prelims pov after 4 simulators(as of now) are taking tests online? Could be there any other factor like fatigue of travelling to centre, exam hall environment etc.?
@Vaibhavthakur00.VT612 as per this Right to Property should also require special majority under 300A even though it is nota FR. But Lakshmikant says it can be regulated by Ordinary law an amendment is not required in FR Ch. Any possible explanation behind it?
