@Neyawn  Sir, PT Test Series Brochure mentions Simulator Tests as part of Test Series.

Nowhere in the Brochure is it mentioned that we'll have to pay Separately for Simulators. It only mentions:For Simulator tests, students will have to register and obtain the hall-ticket

However, apart from the Open Test, Registration links for other Simulators are redirecting straight to Payment gateway's website.

Is this a bug? If not a bug, is this not Deceptive Marketing?

Anyone who has done or is doing Dipin Sir's Prelims CA lecture? I am getting very impatient with them. In polity classes, time is wasted on static topics given in Laxmikant, and very few topics are covered in a 3 hour class. It would be easier and faster to simply read PT365. Just want someone's opinion on this.

dipin sir k class se i guess we should pick up parts of economics and ir, as polity is static heavy, SnT + ENV mai basics ( biotech, space and cyber etc.  + logical guess work ( inference based on vyapti ) should be enough.

also supplement the classes with either pt 365 or epic.

P.S need help/ advice/strategy for mapping.

A lot of sincere/serious people tend to give up during the last 30-45 days before prelims, every year.

Just don't end up on 'that side' of the spectrum!🥲

honestly, i almost had a breakdown last week but guys here,  just by being here, made me not giveup.

@TomiokaGiyu ? No update to do list?

Bhai, getting very anxious. So much to do. Setting very heavy targets for today, shayad motivation mile:

1) Tomorrow SFG prep

2) Revise 5A + 1A1 mrunal

3) Revise 12th Human geography India NCERT

4) Do 100 PYQ Indian geography

5) CA lecture + revise 1 more

6) Newspaper

7) Jan-Feb PMFIAS CA

8) Bhakti revision

9) System of government revision

Poori jaan laga du, to shayad honge, par koshish to karni hogi. :(

Please koi kuch motivating keh do.

1. You are doing well. (clocking the hours and demolishing targets like a pro)

your trajectory is good. (touch wood)

2. but D-day is still 40 days, not very far, not too close so, dont peak just yet.

3. next 20-25 days ensure to get some intermittent rest and relax as well.

what i've found is after an overdrive,  burnout is inevitable. eg F1 engines needs to be replaced after every race.

all the best.<3

Can anyone explain what is peak  point in prelims, And What was it's right time for peak..

@Neyawn sir.. Please explain it..

Peak point : you are at optimum performance and output (imagine 7000+ RPM)

the concept is to factor in human capacity and limitations to make a symphony that sings in tune with exam date.

peak point ( duration, efficiency, burnout, rejuvination ) is subjective.

downside :

1. system will heat up, therefore good cooling sysytem is needed eg. sports, hobby, movies, music, frnds or family.

2. can't keep system in redline for long eg. ferrari in 'ford vs ferrai' : oil seal burst.

3. can't stop abrubtly, therefore a rythm (rise, pleateu, push, cooldown) is needed. Also, rythm is to be synced with the exam dates.

Read it everyone :point_up_2:old is Gold

Reading the same old stuff again and again.

But if I learned something from the successful people around me – in the three decades of my yet lived life is –success is something that is achieved by doing the same things over and over again.

And yourability to succeed ( in life, If I may add ) depends on doing things that you do not like.

Nearly everyone reading this would love to read a new book, but how many would be willing to revise the same old book ?

Mast timing DM thenks<3

@LordVorminious it may,

1.  i think the paper was releatively lengthy
2. they have dumb down the questions.
3. options were maut ka kuan.
4. there was less room to take a call.
5. cut off may go high. (late 80s-90s)

@qatywxreu because gs was never only about knowledge, it always had an element of luck/risk. some ppl have devloped an appetite for risk apart from the required knowledge,  such ppl will qualify no matter what,  thus effectively keeping the cutoff in a certain tolerance range compared to last year.

also the options in 2023 paper brought in an extra element of luck eg 1,2,3. type question  correct statement being 1,2. candidate, marking 2-only based on. statemennt 2,3. still getting it right.

5.1k views
@qatywxreu no no, CSAT was TOUGH no doubt about it infact gs was also tough. i am not arguing against the toughness but for the cutoff.
